Kishida Tatami (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") to govern the handling of personal information of users in relation to the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

- When personal information is provided as a result of a merger or other business reasons.
- When personal information is jointly used with specific individuals, and we have notified the individual in advance of the purpose of joint use, the categories of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of joint users, the purposes of joint users, and the name or title of the party responsible for managing such personal information, or have made it easily accessible to the individual.
6.(Disclosure of Personal Information)

If a user finds that their personal information held by us is incorrect, they may request the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") of the personal information by following the procedures specified by us.
If we determine that it is necessary to respond to a request as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, we will promptly carry out the correction, etc. of the relevant personal information.
When we have made corrections, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when we have made a decision not to make corrections, etc., we will promptly notify the user of such actions.
8.(Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)
If we receive a request from the individual to suspend or delete the use of their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the intended purpose or that it has been obtained through illegitimate means, we will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
Based on the investigation results mentioned in the preceding paragraph, if we determine that it is necessary to respond to the request, we will promptly suspend or delete the use of the relevant personal information.
When we have suspended the use or deleted the personal information based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when we have made a decision not to suspend or delete the information, we will promptly notify the user of such actions.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspending the use or deleting the information entails significant costs or if it is difficult to carry out such measures, but alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the user, we may implement such alternative measures.
9.(Changes to the Privacy Policy)
The content of this policy, except where otherwise provided by laws or specific provisions in this policy, may be changed without prior notice to the user.
Unless otherwise specified by the company, the revised privacy policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
