How to use tatami mats
Tatami mats can be used by laying down cushions or zabuton (zabuton) to sit or lie down. You can also use it as a bed by laying a futon directly on the tatami mat. It is said that it is effective in preventing back pain because it is made of moderate hardness and does not sink easily.

How to take care of tatami mats
